We have partnered with Good Faith Farms to use their organic, salt cured kalamata olives in our new Market Olive Loaf. These olives are cured the old fashioned way, with just sea salt and water, and then we pit them by hand. No harsh chemicals or other shortcuts. The result is a gluten free olive loaf that tastes fabulous.
NOTE: Our gluten-free market olive loaf contains sugar as well as potato starch. Also, please note that inasmuch as we try to use equipment dedicated to the production of gluten-free products, our gluten-free products are not produced in a gluten-free kitchen.
