Gluten Free Sourdough


Our gluten-free sourdough gives you the best of both worlds: delicious, chewy sourdough without gluten. And it is vegan as well! 


Made from sorghum, millet, and brown rice flours, our gluten-free sourdough is a light and moist loaf with plenty of tangy notes that will leave you wondering if it is really gluten free. Each loaf weights around 750 g.

NOTE: Our gluten-free sourdough contains sugar as well as potato starch. Also, please note that inasmuch as we try to use equipment dedicated to the production of gluten-free products, our gluten-free products are not produced in a gluten-free kitchen.
