Whole-Grain Gluten Free Sourdough


Our whole-grain gluten-free sourdough gives you the best of both worlds: delicious, chewy sourdough without gluten that is vegan and whole-grain! 


Our whole-grain gluten free sourdough features teff and oat flour along with sorghum, millet, and brown rice flours to give it a unique flavor profile with a tang that will leave you wanting more. Each loaf weights around 750 g.

NOTE: Our gluten-free sourdough contains sugar and gluten free oat flour. Also, please note that inasmuch as we try to use equipment dedicated to the production of gluten-free products, our gluten-free products are not produced in a gluten-free kitchen.
